Why You Feel It the Next Day
August 23, 2026
I don't treat the body into place. I remove what's restricting it, and let the body do what it already knows how to do.
That's why the change doesn't always show up on the table. Every session moves through the same rhythm — assess, treat gently, reassess — and what I'm watching for is how your body responds, not whether a single fix has landed. Sometimes it's immediate. More often, the real shift keeps unfolding over the next day or two, as your body settles into the new space it's been given.
Feeling a little more the day after is normal. It's not a sign that something went wrong — it's a sign your body is still doing the work.
That's the whole premise here: I'm not the one healing you. I'm removing the obstruction and giving your body room to heal itself — one deposit at a time into the health bank account you're building for yourself, and for your family.
